Custom orders must be paid in full before I begin sourcing materials or starting your piece.
Current turnaround time (TAT) is 10–14 business days.
I’ll send you photos of your custom piece for approval before shipping, giving you the opportunity to request any changes.
While I don’t replicate other artists' work, I welcome inspiration and will do my best to bring your vision to life in my own unique style.
For ready-to-ship items, I aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you have any concerns with your order, please reach out—I’ll do my best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Jeweled Art is a one-woman operation, and I also work full-time during the week. To provide the best service while managing my time, I maintain the following “office hours”:
Monday–Friday (excluding holidays):
Morning: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM EST
Evening: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Messages received outside these hours will be answered on the next business day.
Gift wrapping is available upon request for an additional fee. Each item includes a branded card and is securely packaged in a bubble mailer or box to ensure safe delivery.
To ensure your accessories stay beautiful:
Wear them with care and avoid sleeping, bathing, or swimming with them on.
Brass, sterling silver, and silver-plated pieces may naturally tarnish over time. Gently polish with a jewelry cloth to restore their shine.
When not in use, store your pieces flat or hanging to prevent damage.
